3Js Threads Refund and Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must be unworn, unused, unwashed, free of odors, stains, or pet hair, and returned with its original packaging when possible. You will also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Custom and made-to-order products are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. This includes custom tumblers, monthly floral bloom tumblers, custom mugs, custom banners, table throws, table runners, step and repeat backdrops, and any printed or personalized items created specifically for your order.

To start a return, contact us at 3jsthreadsandtreasures@gmail.com with your order number and the item you wish to return. If your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. All return shipments must be sent to the following address:

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You may contact us at any time at 3jsthreadsandtreasures@gmail.com with questions about your return.

Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us immediately if you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, or any items marked as final sale, including gift cards. Sale items and perishable goods are also non-returnable.

For exchanges, the fastest method is to request a return for the item you have. Once the return is accepted, you may place a new order for the desired item.

If your order is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must still be in its original, unused condition, and proof of purchase is required.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected. Original shipping charges are not refundable. Refund processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
