At 3Js Threads & Treasures, we work to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Please review the information below for details on processing times, shipping timeframes, and delivery expectations.

Once your order is placed, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing before shipment. Custom and made-to-order items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the print or design. During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 7 to 10 business days. Delivery times may vary based on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control. Transit times shown at checkout are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method, delivery address, and total weight of the order. Any available shipping options will be displayed at checkout.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update depending on the carrier.

We currently ship within the United States. If you require international shipping, please contact us at 3jsthreadsandtreasures@gmail.com to confirm availability.

If your package is significantly delayed, shows no movement, or appears lost in transit, please reach out to us. While carrier delays and lost packages are outside of our control, we will assist you in working with the shipping provider to resolve the issue.
